NeoROMex consists of a triad of exercise modalities that have been specifically engineered to maximize the reciprocal inhibition response in antagonist muscles. They simultaneously induce a heightened state of neuromuscular excitation in agonist muscles. This is opposed to the autogenic inhibition that is created with
passive stretching.
Reciprocal inhibition is essential for optimal joint function, whereas autogenic inhibition results in inhibited strength production, or weakness. Using this System creates a significant increase in active range of motion and flexibility, improved joint stability, and coordination.
